Google Analytics Specialist (GA4) – 2–3 Hours per Week | Ongoing
Summary:
We are hiring a Google Analytics–focused digital marketer to support ongoing client reporting and optimisation work for 2–3 hours per week. This role is ideal for a junior–mid-level professional who understands GA4, can interpret data clearly, and can recommend actionable improvements—without “expert-level” agency fees.
This is our primary hire and the position centers on Analytics, data interpretation, and performance insights.
About You
You should have a strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and how to turn data into practical recommendations.
You can:
Interpret key metrics (conversion rate, average order value, time on site, pages per session)
Compare “before vs after” performance to evaluate impact
Work confidently with limited but meaningful datasets
Identify inefficiencies or wasted spend (where relevant)
Analyse user behaviour across devices (desktop vs mobile)
Communicate findings clearly and simply
Responsibilities
(Approx. 2–3 hours per week)
Analyse and interpret client GA4 data
Prepare simple, clear reports (Slide-7 style or similar)
Identify performance issues and propose logical hypotheses
Highlight areas of growth vs areas needing improvement
Review tracking setup and suggest event-level improvements
Support ongoing optimisation insights
Optional: review ad-traffic behaviour only if relevant to analytics interpretation
Bonus Skills
Experience with sports organisations, football clubs, or ecommerce
Google Analytics Certification
Ability to present findings in simple, non-technical language
