Part-Time Data Analyst Role

I’m looking for someone who can jump in for a few hours each week and turn the raw data my business generates into clear, actionable insights. Most of the information arrives as CSV exports from Google Analytics, Stripe, and internal spreadsheets; I need it cleaned, merged, and distilled into concise findings I can use to steer product and marketing decisions.

Here’s what the work usually involves:
• Cleaning and normalising data in Excel or Python (pandas)
• Writing light SQL queries to join tables or surface key metrics
• Creating quick visualisations or dashboards in Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI—whatever you’re fastest with
• Flagging anomalies or trends and explaining them in plain language

I’ll share the files via Google Drive and set simple, well-defined questions for each task. Turnaround on small requests is roughly 24 hours; deeper dives can take two to three days.

Acceptance criteria
– All cleaning steps are documented so I can reproduce them.
– Summary tables reconcile to source totals within 0.5 %.
– Dashboards or slide decks communicate the story in three slides or fewer.
