Paper Numerical Data Entry

I have a collection of paper documents filled with numerical data that I need transcribed into a digital spreadsheet. Accuracy is critical: every figure must match the original source. Once the numbers are entered, I also need basic sorting and filtering so I can quickly view totals by date, category, or any other field you recommend.

You’re free to use Excel, Google Sheets, or another standard spreadsheet tool—whatever lets you work fastest while keeping the data fully editable on my end. I’ll supply high-resolution scans as soon as we start, along with a simple template that shows the column order I have in mind.

Deliverables:
• Completed spreadsheet containing all numerical entries from the paper documents
• Applied filters and preset sorts that let me toggle views without altering the raw data

If you spot obvious entry errors or illegible numbers, flag them so I can double-check the originals. Let me know your estimated turnaround and any questions you have about the scans or the final spreadsheet structure.
