I'm seeking a data analyst to build a model that will analyze our paper manufacturing machines. The focus is to predict ideal operating conditions, forecast downtimes, and identify patterns linked to machine breakdowns, ultimately boosting our production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from our factory's assembly line machines, specifically focusing on temperature readings, machine speed, tension, valve positions and humidity
- Develop a predictive model that can forecast downtimes, as this is currently our most critical operational concern.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in data analysis and machine learning.
- Experience with factory machine data is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
