I have a 150-page hard-copy document that needs to be transcribed into Microsoft Excel while preserving the original layout. Each table, heading, and cell alignment in the source pages should appear the same way in the spreadsheet you deliver.
Key points
• Source: physical pages (scanned images or PDFs will not be supplied). I will provide high-resolution photos of each page so you can read the text clearly.
• Formatting: match the original column order, row breaks, merged cells, fonts (where practical), and any bold or italic indicators.
• Accuracy: every entry must be double-checked against the image of the page before marking that sheet complete. I will review random samples, so please keep a running log of checks performed.
• Output: one Excel workbook, each source page on its own worksheet, with a summary sheet that indexes page numbers to tabs.
