I am seeking a skilled Excel developer with advanced **macro (VBA)** expertise to create a professional, automated **procurement tracking and reporting tool** in Excel for **two country missions**.

The tool should help us:

* **Track and monitor** all procurement transactions with accurate, real-time information
* Include **automated reminders/alerts** for pending actions (e.g., PR approvals, delivery deadlines, contract renewals)
* Monitor and visualize **procurement staff performance** and **level of effort** per team member
* Generate **monthly summary reports** with **charts and dashboards**
* Provide built-in analytics to calculate:

* **Total spending by vendor**
* **Spending under each grant or donor code**
