Automation Rules

Age at Referral → automatically calculated with a formula.

Stage / Status updates dynamically:

If Theatre Date filled → Theatre Planning

If Follow-Up Appt filled → Follow-Up Appointment

If marked “Cancelled” or “No Show” → status overrides.

Otherwise, based on work-up and referral stage.

All dates formatted dd-mm-yyyy.

Data validation for Yes/No fields.

Conditional formatting for missing DOBs, overdue follow-ups, and near theatre dates (7-day warning).

2. Theatre List Planning
