PDF Text Transcription & Entry

I have a collection of scanned PDFs and I need every word faithfully transferred into my online database. The files are image-based, so you’ll be working from visuals only—no embedded text to copy-paste. Your task is to read each page carefully and type the textual content exactly as it appears, preserving original spelling, punctuation, and line breaks where relevant.

Accuracy is paramount; I will be double-checking entries against the source scans. A good eye for detail and solid typing skills will make this job go smoothly. If you use OCR as a starting point, that’s fine, but be prepared to proofread thoroughly before submitting the work.

Deliverables (per batch):
• Clean, error-free text entered directly into the provided web form
• A brief note on any illegible sections or uncertainties so I can review them quickly

I’ll supply the first set of PDFs as soon as we begin and will release milestones as each batch is verified. Looking forward to working with someone who values precision as much as I do.
