I have a batch of PDF files that contain pure text information. Each line of that text needs to be keyed—manually—into a structured Excel workbook that I will supply. No OCR tools or automated scraping: I need someone who will read every PDF page and type the content directly into the correct cells so the spreadsheet mirrors the source word for word.
Deliverables
• The completed Excel file with every PDF entry accurately transcribed into its assigned column and row.
• A short note flagging any illegible characters or sections you could not capture exactly as written.
Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of pages accounted for in the final sheet.
• Spelling, capitalization, and punctuation match the PDFs.
• Workbook opens without errors and follows the column order I provide.
