PDF Tables to Excel Transfer

I have a set of PDF documents that contain text-based tables, and I need every cell of those tables copied into the matching fields of an Excel template I will supply. The template already has the column headers laid out, so the job is straightforward: read each table line by line and populate the spreadsheet with absolute accuracy.

Consistency matters more than speed; please double-check that no characters drop, wrap, or merge when you paste or retype the information. If a table spans multiple pages, keep its rows together so the structure remains intact. Any blank or illegible cells should be flagged in a separate “Notes” column rather than guessed.

When you return the finished workbook I’ll spot-check it against the source PDFs; a clean comparison with no misaligned rows or typos will be the acceptance criterion. Familiarity with Excel functions like wrap text, text-to-columns, and basic data validation will make the task easier, but no advanced formulas are required.

Send back the completed Excel file together with a brief log of any issues you encountered (for example, unreadable characters or missing pages). Once I confirm everything lines up perfectly, I’ll release payment immediately.
