PDF Tables to Excel

I have a collection of PDF reports that contain only numerical tables and I need every column transferred into Excel with absolute accuracy. The task is straightforward data extraction—no calculations or interpretation—just a faithful, one-to-one move of all table columns into a clean .xlsx file.
Each table in the PDFs must appear on its own sheet, keep the same column order, and preserve any header names exactly as shown. The numbers cannot be rounded or reformatted; they must remain identical to the source so cross-checking totals against the original files comes out perfect.
Deliverables

• Spot checks completed so the final figures reconcile perfectly with the PDFs
• A brief note detailing any anomalies (for example, unreadable cells) so nothing slips through the cracks
