PDF Tables to Excel

Job ID: 40560174

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I have a set of PDFs filled with numerical tables that I need rebuilt in Excel. Most of the tables share the same column order and headings, but a few break the pattern with extra columns or slightly different layouts. Your task is to extract every data point accurately, place it in a clean, well-structured workbook, and make sure the sheets remain easy to filter, sort, and run formulas on.

Key points you should know:
• All content is numbers—no paragraphs of text to parse.
• Consistent tables can be copied straight across; the odd ones require you to adjust the column mapping so every header lines up correctly.
• I do not need fancy formatting, just clear headers and correctly typed figures (no embedded images of numbers).

Deliverable: one Excel file containing each original table on its own sheet, fully editable and double-checked for transcription errors. If a value looks ambiguous in the source, flag it in a comments column so I can review.

Let me know your turnaround time and any experience you have with PDF-to-Excel tools or manual data entry, and I’ll get the files over to you right away.
