PDF Table Data Transcription

I’m consolidating information locked inside a series of PDF documents into a clean, searchable spreadsheet. Every PDF is made up of structured tables—figures, labels, dates, and other row-and-column data—so the job is to lift those tables exactly as they appear and enter them into the template I provide in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (whichever you prefer, as both integrate smoothly with our internal software).

Accuracy is the priority. I have no fixed deadline, which gives you room to cross-check each value, confirm column alignment, and fix any OCR quirks before handing the file back. A small sample run will be reviewed first; once the format is confirmed, you can move through the remaining files at your own pace.

Deliverable:
• A fully populated spreadsheet whose content mirrors the tables in the PDFs, with every header, cell value, and calculated total matched precisely.

Once the spreadsheet tallies with the source PDFs, the project is complete and payment is released.
