PDF to Structured Excel Conversion

The source file is a multi-page PDF that combines narrative text with embedded tables. I need every element lifted out, cleaned, and placed into a single .xlsx workbook that mirrors the original layout as closely as possible. Column order, cell alignment, and any merged or wrapped text in the spreadsheet should make it easy to compare side-by-side with the PDF, yet remain fully editable.

I will supply a simple template and point out the sections that matter most. Your job is to extract all relevant data, remove any extra line breaks or artefacts, and double-check totals, dates, and headings for consistency. Accuracy is non-negotiable and the final file must open without warnings in current versions of Excel.

When you reply, include examples of past work where you converted mixed (text and tables) PDFs into Excel—screenshots or links are fine. A brief note on the tools you use (Power Query, Python, manual entry, etc.) will also help me understand your workflow.

Deliverable
