PDF Numerical Data Entry

I need the numbers locked inside a series of PDF files transferred into a clean, analysis-ready spreadsheet. Every figure in those PDFs must be captured exactly as printed, placed into the column layout I will supply, and delivered back to me in Excel (or CSV if you prefer).
Because the data is strictly numerical and will feed straight into my analysis workflow, precision matters more than speed. Feel free to use any method—manual typing, Tabula, Python/pandas, or another extraction tool—as long as the final sheet is 100 % accurate, has no empty cells where values exist in the source, and keeps the same decimal formatting.
Deliverable
• One consolidated spreadsheet containing every numerical value from the provided PDFs, organised according to my template and ready for immediate analysis.
