I have several PDF files that contain a mix of text and numbers, and I need every single piece of information re-typed into Excel with complete accuracy. Nothing can be overlooked—each name, figure, date, and symbol must replicate the source exactly.

You are free to design the worksheet layout that makes the most sense; I haven’t locked the project to any pre-defined template. What matters is a clear, consistent structure that allows me to filter and analyse the data easily once the hand-off is done.

The full set of PDFs will be shared as soon as we start. I require the finished .xlsx file returned within 3 calendar days. Please run a final self-check before delivery so there are no typos, misplaced decimals, or missing rows.

Deliverable
• One Excel workbook (.xlsx) containing the fully transcribed and proof-checked data.

Acceptance criteria
• 100 % character-for-character match with the original PDFs
• Logical, uniform column arrangement suitable for immediate analysis
• File delivered on or before the 3-day deadline, opening error-free in Microsoft Excel
