I have a batch of PDF reports filled with numerical data that must be transformed into fully-functional Excel workbooks and complete Word replicas.
Your work begins with extracting every number from the PDFs and entering it into Excel with zero transcription errors. Once the datasets are in place, I need you to build:
• Formulas that reproduce the same calculations found in the original reports
• Clear, well-formatted charts and graphs that mirror the PDF visuals
• Pivot tables for quick drill-downs and summaries
Alongside the spreadsheets, each PDF has to be recreated in Word in its entirety—layout, headings, tables, footnotes—so the final .docx looks and reads exactly like the source.
Accuracy is paramount, so I will run spot-checks against the original PDFs. Deliverables are:
1. One Excel file per PDF, complete with formulas, charts, and pivot tables
2. A matching Word document of the full report
3. A short change log noting any anomalies spotted during conversion
