Help me Convert the list starting from page 25 to 154 in my PDF document into an Excel file.
The Excel table should have the following columns:
S/N
Full Name
Province
Use the list format in the document where each entry starts with a serial number, followed by the name, and then the province.
Ignore all content before page 25.
