PDF-to-Excel Color-Coded Conversion -- 2

I need the full content of a 31-page PDF transferred into a single Excel workbook. Every figure, label, and column must sit in the same position it occupies in the source file, so the sheet ends up as an exact digital twin of the PDF layout.

Once the data is in place, apply a clear color-coding layer to make it easier to read at a glance. The colors should follow the categories that already exist in the document—expenses, revenue, and any other headings the PDF uses. In other words, if the PDF groups a line under “Advertising Expense,” that entire row (or the specific cell range, if that’s how it’s shown) should receive the color that corresponds to the Expense category. Keep using the same pattern consistently until every entry is covered.
