PDF Data to Word & Excel
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I have a set of PDF files that combine plain text with embedded images. I want every bit of that content pulled out, cleaned up, and delivered in two fully-editable formats: a Microsoft Word document that mirrors the original flow and an Excel workbook that holds the same information in a structured, easy-to-filter layout.
What matters most is data accuracy. Text should transfer without spelling errors or dropped characters, and images need to stay in the correct order and resolution. In the Word file, keep headings, paragraphs, and any bold or italic emphasis so I can jump straight into editing. In the Excel sheet, place text in cells and insert the corresponding images alongside them (an adjacent column is fine) so nothing gets lost when I sort or analyse the data later.
Please return:
• A .docx file with all text and images, formatted for easy editing
• A .xlsx file with the same text in cells and the images inserted next to their related entries
If OCR tools are part of your workflow, great—just double-check everything manually before delivery.
