I have a batch of PDFs that contain columns of raw numbers presented simply as running lists. I need every figure lifted out accurately and delivered back to me in a clean, analysis-ready file—with all values treated to consistent, standardized formatting.
Here is what success looks like:
• Every single number from each list captured, with no omissions or transposition errors.
• Values formatted uniformly (e.g., currency to two decimal places, percentages to one), following the conventions already visible in the source.
• Final output supplied as an Excel or CSV sheet so I can import it straight into my reporting workflow.
If you are meticulous with data entry and comfortable applying precise numerical formats, this task should be straightforward. I’ll share the PDFs as soon as we start and remain available for quick clarifications so we can wrap up efficiently.
