PDF Data Consolidation in Excel (German & English is a must)
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I have a collection of English- and German-language PDF invoices that contain text-based information. Your task is to read each document carefully, extract every relevant detail, and enter it into a single, well-structured Excel workbook.
You will receive the invoices as PDFs, plus a short guide that lists the column headers I already have in mind. From there I rely on you to detect any additional fields that appear repeatedly and add matching columns so nothing is lost.
Deliverable: one Excel file containing all extracted data from the invoices, fully reviewed for typos or omissions. Fluency in reading both German and English will be needed. The work itself is straightforward data extraction and organisation.
I’m available for quick questions and will review progressively so you’re never left guessing about the structure.
