What you must do
Implement your enterprise project according to your action plan.
Identify five enterprise skills you used during the project.
One of these must be negotiation.

How you used the skill
What you did specifically
How it helped your project
Plan and conduct a negotiation with someone outside your project team (for example, a supplier or partner).
Submit the following evidence:
A written explanation of how you used five enterprise skills
A negotiation plan including:
Who was involved
The situation
Your proposal
Strengths and weaknesses of your position
The outcome of the negotiation
Marking focus
Clear explanation of skills used

Task 4: Evaluating the Project
Objective
To analyse your project performance and make justified recommendations for improvement.
What you must do
Write a formal report of approximately 1500 words.
You must evaluate:
1. Planning and implementation (compulsory)
How effective your plan was
Any changes made during the project
How well the project was carried out
2. One of the following areas
Choose one:
Financing of the project
Marketing communications used
Internal communication (only if working in a group)
Your evaluation must include
Analysis of what went well and what did not
Use of evidence from your project (data, results, feedback)
Comparison between what you planned and what actually happened
Clear, justified recommendations for improvement
Structured report with headings and subheadings
Important guidance
Focus on the project, not your personal performance
Use evidence to support all points
Avoid description; focus on analysis and evaluation
Marking overview
High-level responses will:
Analyse both areas in detail
Use clear evidence throughout
