I’m streamlining our day-to-day operations and need an extra set of expert hands focused on data analysis and reporting. The assignment centres on designing, maintaining, and continually improving Excel or Google Sheets dashboards that turn raw operational data into clear, actionable insights.

Here’s the flow of work: you’ll pull data from our internal tools, clean and organise it, then create weekly and monthly performance reports that pinpoint trends, highlight bottlenecks, and flag any anomalies that warrant immediate attention. Clear visual summaries and concise recommendations are essential, as the leadership team relies on these reports for quick decision-making and resource planning.
