Operational Trends Analysis via SQL/PowerBI

I have a sizeable store of operational data sitting in SQL Server and I need it transformed into clear, actionable insight. The priority is to surface underlying trends—specifically how our performance, efficiency and quality metrics move over time and interact with one another.

You will connect directly to the source tables, craft well-structured SQL that cleanses, joins and aggregates the data, then pull those results into Power BI. From there I expect an intuitive, interactive report that lets me slice by date ranges, business units and any other meaningful dimension you discover along the way. Drill-through pages for root-cause exploration will be highly valued.

Acceptance criteria
• Clean, commented SQL scripts (or views) that reproduce all figures in the report
• A Power BI (.pbix) file with dynamic visuals covering performance, efficiency and quality metrics, plus a written summary of the key trends you uncovered
• All work should refresh correctly when pointed at the live database

The data is ready; I simply need your analytical expertise and strong command of SQL and Power BI to turn it into insight.
