Operational Performance Data Analysis -- 2
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need a skilled analyst to dive into my operational data and turn it into a clear picture of how the business is really performing. The goal is to create a performance-tracking framework that lets me spot trends, measure KPIs, and act on issues before they snowball.
You will receive raw exports from our core systems (CSV and SQL dumps). I expect you to clean and structure the data, choose the right metrics, and present the findings in a concise way. Modern BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Python (pandas, matplotlib, seaborn) are all acceptable—use whichever lets you move fastest while keeping the work reproducible.
Key deliverables
• A documented data-cleaning script or notebook
• A KPI dashboard with intuitive filters (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
• A short slide deck or PDF that highlights insights and recommended actions
• A brief hand-off session to walk me through the results and underlying logic
Acceptance criteria
• Calculations traceable back to source data
• No hard-coded values; everything parameter-driven
• Visuals load in under 5 seconds on a mid-range laptop
I can make sample data available as soon as we agree on the structure. Looking forward to seeing how you can turn numbers into direction.
