Operational KPI Excel Dashboard

For an upcoming review of our operations I need an Excel-based dashboard that can take raw operational data and instantly turn it into clear, visually engaging insights. The core goal is data analysis and reporting, so the workbook must allow me to drop in fresh data each day and see trends without any manual re-formatting.

Key metrics to surface:
• Efficiency and productivity
• Quality and compliance

I’d like the dashboard to feature automated calculations, dynamic charts, slicers or pivot filters for quick drill-downs, and conditional formatting that flags outliers at a glance. Everything should remain within native Excel—no external add-ins—so the file stays portable for colleagues who use different versions of Office.

Please structure the workbook logically (data, calcs, visuals on separate sheets) and comment any formulas that aren’t obvious. On delivery I’ll test it with a new data dump; if the visuals refresh correctly and the numbers reconcile with my manual checks, we’re done.
