I need a sharp financial mind to dig into our day-to-day numbers and translate them into clear, actionable insights. The focus is operational analysis: uncovering how our current processes, resource allocation, and spending patterns drive—or drag—performance.

You will receive raw P&L statements, operational data exports, and several months of KPI snapshots. From there, I expect a concise model or dashboard (Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI—whichever suits your workflow) that highlights trends, pinpoints bottlenecks, and quantifies the impact of any inefficiencies you identify.
