Online Product Listings Entry

I have a collection of product details that exist only on supplier websites and I need every item transferred accurately into my store’s back-end. The task is purely data entry from online sources—no scanning or manual paperwork—and it revolves around compiling complete, error-free product listings.

You will be working with the information you see on each product page (title, description, specifications, images, price, variants, and any SEO fields). My expectation is that you copy each field exactly as displayed, format text where necessary so it looks clean in the final listing, and double-check for typos or missing attributes before saving.

I’ll provide:
• A spreadsheet template showing the columns my store accepts
• A list of supplier URLs to pull from
• Access credentials to the admin dashboard once the sheet is ready for upload

Deliverable: a finished spreadsheet ready for import, plus a short confirmation note highlighting any items you couldn’t source or questions that came up. Accuracy is more important than speed, so take the time you need to get each detail right. If this first batch goes smoothly there will be ongoing work as new products arrive.
