I need mixed text-and-numeric information copied from several online databases into a single, well-organized spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets is fine). Accuracy matters more than speed: every value must match the source exactly, and column formatting must stay consistent throughout the file so I can perform look-ups and calculations later without extra cleanup.

Please send a detailed project proposal that outlines your extraction method, estimated turnaround time, and any quality-control steps you typically follow. If you plan to use tools such as web scraping scripts, macros, or data-validation rules, mention them so I know how you will keep error rates to an absolute minimum.
