Numeric Dataset Cleaning & Standardization

I’m looking for swift, accurate help tidying up a numeric dataset. The file contains a mixture of duplicate rows, gaps, and inconsistent number formats that are blocking my analysis pipeline. Your task is to run a thorough cleaning pass—removing duplicates, filling or flagging missing values in a sensible way, and standardising the numeric formatting throughout so every column is ready for calculation or import into BI tools.

I will supply the raw spreadsheet (CSV/Excel). Please return:

• a cleaned version in the same structure,
• a short log detailing what you changed (duplicates removed, rules used for missing values, any assumptions), and
• optional reusable code or formulas if you automate the process (Python, R, Excel Power Query—whatever you prefer).

Accuracy matters more than speed, but a quick turnaround would be great.
