Numeric Data Entry & Analysis

I have several datasets filled with numerical values that must be transferred, organised, and examined inside both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. First, every figure needs to be keyed in (or imported) with 100 % accuracy and cross-checked for duplicates, missing fields, or obvious outliers. Once the sheets are clean, I’d like clear, insightful analysis: pivot-tables that highlight key trends, summary statistics (mean, median, standard deviation), and a handful of easy-to-read charts that make the numbers tell their story at a glance.

Excel’s advanced formulas, conditional formatting, and chart tools will be essential, while Google Sheets will handle the live, shareable version of the same work so the team can follow along. I’ll supply the raw files and a template showing the preferred column order; you return:

• A completed, error-free spreadsheet in both Excel (.xlsx) and Google Sheets formats
• An “Analysis” tab containing the requested summaries, pivots, and visuals
• A short written note (bullet or paragraph form is fine) explaining notable findings and any assumptions made during cleaning

Everything revolves around numerical data only—there’s no text classification or image handling involved—so attention to numeric precision is the priority. If anything is unclear while you work, flag it; I’d rather answer questions early than correct mistakes later.
