Non-Compartmental PK Analysis

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I have a complete plasma concentration-time dataset that now needs a rigorous non-compartmental analysis. Your task is to extract the standard PK parameters, validate the results, and package everything into a concise technical report that I can forward straight to the clinical team.

I will supply the raw plasma data in CSV the moment we start. You are welcome to work in Phoenix WinNonlin, R (PKNCA or similar), or any platform you are comfortable with—as long as the method and software version are clearly documented in the report so the work is fully reproducible.

Deliverables I expect:
• Cleaned dataset (if any preprocessing was required)
• Calculated NCA parameters (Cmax, Tmax, AUC0–t, AUC0–∞, t½, CL/F, Vd/F, MRT, and any others you judge relevant) in an editable table
• Diagnostic plots (linear and semi-log curves, concentration vs. time overlay, residual plots if generated) in high-resolution PNG/PDF
• A brief methods section outlining equations, assumptions, and any outlier handling
• One-page executive summary highlighting key findings and any red flags

Accuracy and transparency matter more than speed, but I would like the first draft of results within a week so I can review before final sign-off. If you have recent examples of similar NCA work, feel free to mention them when you bid so I can gauge fit quickly.
