Network Meta-Analysis for Academic Thesis
Budget: $500 – $1,000 USD
We are seeking an experienced biostatistician or data analyst to complete a network meta-analysis (NMA) for an academic thesis comparing vortioxetine and duloxetine in Major Depressive Disorder.
The systematic review (search, screening, study selection) is complete. We need:
Data extraction from included RCTs (vortioxetine, duloxetine, sertraline, desvenlafaxine, placebo) into a structured format.
Preparation of analysis-ready datasets for NMA.
Network meta-analysis in R or STATA with SUCRA-based treatment rankings.
Reproducible code, figures, and a written methods/results summary suitable for thesis inclusion.
Required skills: Experience with network meta-analysis, SUCRA/P-scores, RCT data, and depression outcome scales (MADRS/HAM-D). Previous NMA projects highly preferred.
Deliverables: Cleaned datasets, annotated R/STATA code, network plots, forest plots, league tables, SUCRA rankings, and sensitivity analyses.
