Nationwide Indian Supplement Perception Survey

Job ID: 40194583

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I need a partner who can run a quota-balanced survey of 1,000 Indian consumers so I can see whether people treat dietary supplements as general health aids or as medicines meant for curing illness. The objective is purely to understand broad public perception, not to push any specific brand.

Sampling plan
• Age quotas: 18-25, 26-40, and 41+ in roughly equal proportions, with gender and SEC spread matched to census benchmarks.
• Geographic reach: respondents drawn across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities for a nationally representative snapshot.

Questionnaire
I will supply draft, neutral items such as “What are supplements mainly for?” and “Do you consider supplements closer to medicines or foods?” Your first task is to sense-check wording and translate to Hindi (and other major regional languages if you already have that capability) without introducing bias.

Fieldwork & data quality
You should have an established consumer panel or CATI network, automated checks for straight-lining and completion time, and the ability to replace bad interviews in real time. Please confirm which platform you run on—Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey Enterprise, proprietary panel, etc.—and your typical incidence rates in health-related studies.

Deliverables
1. Clean .csv / .sav file containing all 1,000 completes with full variable labels
2. Weighted and unweighted base tables, plus simple cross-tabs by age group, gender, and city tier
3. One-page methodological note covering sample frame, quotas, timing, and quality controls

Timeline: questionnaire finalized within a week, fielding finished in another 7-10 days, data delivered immediately afterward.

If you already hold ESOMAR or MRS membership, or regularly run pan-India studies of this size, let me know—it will help me award quickly.
