NYC Address Data Enrichment

Job ID: 40164361

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m working with a spreadsheet of roughly 1,000 New York City residential addresses. Each row already contains the neighborhood, yet many of the core property details are missing or inconsistently written. I need the file cleaned, verified, and fully populated so I can rely on it for further analysis.

Your task is to:

• Confirm every address is valid and formatted to USPS standards.
• Research and fill in the building’s ownership type—CONDO, CO-OP, or RENTAL.
• Verify the apartment’s bedroom and bathroom counts.
• Add the approximate interior square footage in numeric form only.

I’ll send you the current Excel sheet; please work directly in that file so column order stays intact. Normalise abbreviations (“St.” ➜ “Street”, etc.) and make sure all numeric cells are true numbers, not text.

Quality matters: I will spot-check at least 10 % of entries against public records such as ACRIS, NYC DOB, Streeteasy, Zillow, or similar sources you may prefer. If anything cannot be confirmed, flag it rather than guessing.

Deliverable: the updated Excel spreadsheet with every row complete and any address corrections highlighted. Let’s begin with the first 100 records within 48 hours to confirm we’re aligned before you proceed with the remainder.

When you respond, briefly list the online tools or databases you usually tap for NYC property research.
