NFL Outcome Excel Algorithm Development

Need assistance in developing an Excel or Algorithm that can produce a combinations/ permutation of the total win outcome for each NFL game chosen. Not sure I'm explaining what I need correctly, so here's an example of what I need:

Take a regular Sunday NFL set of football games. It's a 1 game event per line. Here's a mock list which I would choose 1 winner per game of who I guess would win:

SUN SEPT 28

DETROIT vs MINNESOTA

CLEVELAND vs HOUSTON

GREEN BAY vs CAROLINA

INDIANAPOLIS vs ATLANTA

SEATTLE vs TENNESSEE

WASHINGTON vs NY JETS

JACKSONVILLE vs TAMPA BAY

ARIZONA vs CHICAGO

DALLAS vs MIAMI

NEW ENGLAND vs DENVER

So, with these set of games, I need to know the total amount of combinations/ permutations that will be generated. That way, a 100% guaranteed win will be in one of those combinations/ permutations.

I need an Excel program created that a minimum of 4 games and a maximum of 16 games can be entered and generated.
