Mutual Fund Statement Cleanup

I have an exported Zerodha Coin statement in Excel that needs to be trimmed down and polished for tax filing. Please remove the “Quantity Pledged” column along with anything else that does not relate to my current holdings. The finished report must contain only these columns, in this order:

• Fund Name
• Units Held
• Buy Value (invested amount)
• Current NAV
• Current Value
• Unrealised P&L

I’m aiming for a formal, detailed look. The exact page layout is flexible—as long as the data is easy for an auditor to read, feel free to choose whatever structure you think works best. Consistent fonts, clear headings, and professional number formatting are important.

Deliverables
• A cleaned and well-formatted Excel workbook
• A matching PDF ready for my auditor
