Multi-Platform Sales Data Analysis
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have CSV settlements and order reports from Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho and I need them turned into a clear picture of how my business is actually performing. For every month, I want to know—separately for each individual SKU and for every combo I sell—how many units went out, how much money came in after platform deductions, and whether that line item ran at a profit or a loss.
You’ll start by cleaning and merging the raw downloads from the three portals, mapping SKUs so that identical items carry the same name across platforms and flagging where two or more SKUs form a combo. From there, build a model (Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI—whatever you are fastest with) that automatically updates when I paste new data. The core output I expect is:
• A monthly table that shows units sold, settlement amount received, net profit/loss for every single product and combo
• A summary view that rolls these numbers up by platform and by month
• Easy-to-read charts so I can spot trends at a glance
Accuracy is critical: your formulas should reconcile exactly with the totals shown in each marketplace’s settlement report. When you deliver, I’ll cross-check one random month and product; if the numbers match, the job is done.
