Multi-Intersection Traffic Flow Analysis

Job ID: 39785881

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

I have a cluster of adjacent intersections that are experiencing noticeable delays throughout the day, and I need a thorough traffic flow analysis across all of them. The work goes beyond a single junction: I want to see how movements at one intersection ripple into the next, where the bottlenecks truly begin, and what data-driven adjustments might smooth things out.

I will supply recent turning-movement counts, signal timing sheets, and any available queue length observations. You may pull in additional data sources if they strengthen the conclusions. Feel free to build the network model in Synchro, VISSIM, SIDRA, HCS, or a comparable platform you are comfortable with, as long as the final files can be opened and reviewed on my end.

Deliverables (all digital):
• Calibrated network model covering every intersection in the study area
• Peak-period LOS and volume-to-capacity summaries
• Written report (PDF) explaining existing conditions, key operational issues, and quantified improvement scenarios
• Native model files and any spreadsheets used

Please keep the narrative clear, cite the methodologies you follow (HCM, local guidelines, etc.), and tie every recommendation back to numbers in the analysis. Let me know your preferred toolset and how long you’ll need once all base data is in your hands.
