Multi-Format Data Entry & Analysis

I have several batches of information that include plain text, numeric figures, and survey responses. All of it must be captured accurately, whether that means keying it in manually, loading it through an automated script, or completing online forms—whatever delivers clean, consistent results fastest.

Once the records are in place, I also need a basic analysis: simple summaries, error checks, and descriptive statistics that show trends at a glance. A concise report or dashboard highlighting totals, averages, and any obvious anomalies will be enough; no complex modelling is required.

Please keep the raw data tidy (uniform formats, sensible field names, no duplicates) and include the working files—spreadsheets or a lightweight database—along with the brief analysis output so I can build on it later.
