Monthly Shopify Sales Data Tracking

I run a Shopify store and need a dependable partner who can step in every month to pull, clean and organise my sales data into clear, well-structured Excel workbooks (PDF copies are a plus, but Excel is the must-have).

Scope of work
• Extract every punched order from Shopify, ensuring nothing is missed—from first click to fulfilled shipment.
• Break the numbers down by segment so I can see how influencer campaigns, organic traffic and my shipping panel each contribute to revenue.
• Present the data in sheets that are easy to filter and pivot; summary tabs should highlight total revenue, order counts and average order value at a glance.

What I supply
– Full admin or collaborator access to Shopify, the shipping dashboard and influencer tracking links.
– A template from last month so you can match formatting and formulas.

What I expect each month
1. Raw order export cleaned for duplicates and cancelled items.
2. Segmented sales report in Excel, ready for quick analysis.
3. Optional PDF snapshot of the key metrics for my leadership deck.
4. Short note outlining any anomalies or data gaps you noticed.
