Monthly Sales Trend Analysis

My spreadsheet holds several years of monthly sales figures, but my own Excel skills are still at a beginner level. The data needs a tidy-up—duplicate rows removed, dates and currency fields standardized—and then a clear, visual trend analysis.
Scope
• Clean and organize the existing Excel / Google Sheets file
• Build formulas or pivot tables that highlight growth patterns, seasonality, and any outliers
• Produce line or bar charts that let me spot trends at a glance
• Deliver a concise, plain-language summary of the insights
Deliverables
1. Updated, well-structured workbook (Excel or Sheets)
2. At least two visualizations illustrating month-to-month movement
3. Brief commentary (one-page max) explaining key takeaways
