Monthly Sales Trend Analysis
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I have a complete export of our sales transactions and I need it transformed into a clear, actionable picture of how revenue, units sold, and average order value are evolving month by month. The goal is a concise set of insights that lets me spot seasonality, growth momentum, and any unexpected dips without having to sift through raw rows myself.
Please take the raw sales data (CSV/Excel) and:
• Clean and structure it so dates, values, and product info are reliable.
• Produce a month‐over‐month trend view that highlights percentage changes and cumulative growth.
• Deliver an easy-to-read visual summary—charts or a lightweight dashboard (Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI are all fine).
• Provide a brief written explanation of key findings and any recommendations you see.
Accuracy, clear visuals, and an explanation in plain language matter more to me than complex statistical techniques; however, if you see something advanced that will add value, feel free to include it. Raw file will be shared as soon as we start, and I’m happy to answer schema questions quickly so you can keep momentum.
