I need a streamlined way to turn manually-entered sales figures into a clear, management-ready package every month. All raw numbers will come from a simple manual entry sheet, so the solution must work without database connections or CSV imports.
Here’s what I’m aiming for:
• An Excel workbook where I type or paste each month’s data and instantly see total sales volume, sales by product category, and sales by region. The file should roll these metrics up into both a detailed sheet and an MIS-style one-page summary.
• A polished Power BI sample that connects to the same Excel source and mirrors those three key metrics in an interactive view—ideal for presentations or quick trend checks.
I already have a rough MIS summary layout; you’re welcome to improve its look and automate the calculations behind it. Formula transparency and clean workbook structure are important because my team will maintain the file afterward.
Deliver both the finished Excel report and the Power BI sample, with brief setup notes so we can refresh the figures each month without your help. Feel free to use pivot tables, Power Query, DAX—whatever keeps the process fast and the output accurate.
