Monthly Financial Statement Preparation

I need a reliable accountant to turn raw Excel data from my manufacturing operation into three polished reports every month: a Profit & Loss statement that clearly shows revenue and expenses, gross margin, and net profit; a concise Balance Sheet; and a Cash-Flow Statement that ties everything together.

All source information is currently tracked manually in spreadsheets, so you’ll be working in Excel—formulas, pivot tables, and clear formatting will be essential. If you normally use specialist tools, that’s fine, but the final files must remain fully functional in standard Excel so my team can reference them without extra software.

Here’s how I see the workflow:
• You receive the previous month’s raw data on the 2nd business day.
• Draft statements come back within five business days so I can spot-check key numbers.
• Any revisions are finalized within two days, giving me audit-ready reports before mid-month.

Accuracy and consistency matter more to me than fancy visuals, but clean layout and clear labeling will help my line managers read the numbers quickly. If this first month runs smoothly, I’d like to make the engagement ongoing.
