About Us
AssureAI is an Indian SaaS platform that automates audit, compliance and documentation for practicing Chartered Accountancy firms. Our development team has already instrumented and validated all key events in Mixpanel. We now need a specialist who can convert that data into dashboards and alerts that reveal:
• Early signs a new customer is (or isn’t) adopting critical features
• Power‑user behaviour we should nurture
• Leading indicators of churn risk
• Cohort‑level product engagement & retention trends
Objectives
1. Translate Existing Events into Actionable Metrics – map captured events/properties to clear KPIs (activation, retention, feature adoption, power‑user milestones, churn risk signals).
2. Design High‑Impact Mixpanel Dashboards – build intuitive Boards that sales, CS & product teams can grasp at a glance.
3. Set Up Early‑Warning Alerts – automatic Slack/email notifications when:
• a new workspace hits (or misses) the “First Strike Moment” within 3 days of signup
• usage drops below configurable thresholds
• a user crosses a power‑user milestone
4. Churn‑Risk Scoring – rule‑based or lightweight model to flag at‑risk accounts weekly.
5. Knowledge Transfer – concise handbook + live session so our team can tweak dashboards & alerts on their own.
