Mixed Data Entry from Print

I have a stack of printed documents—between 51 and 200 pages—that need to be converted into an accurate digital format. Each page contains mixed data, blending numbers and text, and I need everything keyed in precisely so it can be sorted, filtered, and searched later.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Capture all content from the printed pages and enter it into a structured spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) or a database table if you prefer.
• Maintain the exact layout of columns, headings, and any embedded codes so numeric and text fields remain distinguishable.
• Perform a quick validation pass to spot obvious typos or missing values, then run a second check against the scans I’ll provide to ensure nothing slipped through.
• Deliver the completed file along with a brief summary of any ambiguities you encountered so I can resolve them quickly.
