Mixed Data Entry & Formatting

I have several batches of printed reports that combine text descriptions with corresponding numbers. I need each page keyed into a spreadsheet or database so every entry follows a single, standardized format I will share before we start.
Accuracy is paramount—figures must be transcribed exactly, text kept verbatim, and all fields placed in the correct columns so the dataset is ready for immediate analysis. A short sample file will be provided first; once that is approved you can proceed with the full set.
Deliverable: a clean, consistently formatted file (Excel, Google Sheets, or CSV—whichever you prefer) containing all mixed text-numeric records from the printed documents, double-checked for errors and ready for upload to our internal system.
