I have a batch of numerical fields stored in our internal databases and companion text that lives only inside a folder of documents. Your task is to pull both data types, match them correctly, and enter everything into one consolidated spreadsheet that I can import straight into our system.
Accuracy is essential; the numbers have to retain their original precision and the text must remain exactly as written. I will share read-only database credentials along with the document archive and a template sheet that shows the column order I expect. Once the sheet is fully populated, a quick spot-check against the source material should reveal zero mismatches in either content or formatting.
Deliverables
• Completed spreadsheet populated with all numerical and textual fields
• A short log noting any records that could not be matched and why
